    Sailson José das Gracas ”The Monster of Corumba”

    His name is Sailson José das Gracas and he confessed to being a murder for hire as well as serial killer himself. Within 48hrs of his arrest in 2014 police were able to confirm 4 of the 43 murders he confessed to. Due to Brazilian law he will serve the max of 30 years behind bars and made it very clear that upon his release he will return to his murderous ways. He is currently 35 and went on a 9 year killing spree starting in 2005, tune it to learn the details of his crimes and his capture.

    October 12th 1984, Angie went out with her friends Anita Kadala and Russell Buchanan. Later that night she would drop them off at home before heading home herself. Around 1:45am her boyfriend Ben receives a call from Angie saying, “Talk to me.” A man had knocked on her door and asked her if he could use her bathroom and her phone. She said no, but something about the encounter made her uneasy. Suddenly Angie said she had to call “right back.” Immediately Ben is trying to call her back to no avail. He arrives at her condo after phoning police who arrive not long after. At 2:17am, they broke down the door to discover 20-year-old Angie’s body, naked, bloody, and dead on her bed.

    January 15th, 1947, Betty Bersinger decided to take a walk with her 3-year-old daughter around 10am. During their walk Betty noticed what she thought was a mannequin in a vacant lot. Upon closer inspection she realized it was a body. Frightened at the gruesome sight she fled to the closest house to phone police. That is when police find Elizabeth Short's body in a vacant lot in the Leimert Park neighborhood, 6 days after she went missing. What they saw would haunt them and her story would become an infamous part of American history.
