International Menu: Coxy, Tristan, Dingo and Caleb from Australia
In this episode, I sit down with a few Aussie blokes and enjoy some delicious KFC. We chat about life in Australia, and the best places to travel to while visiting or working here.
The boys give a solid run down of the best places to go and things to see including an AFL game and cruise through the outback. They also explain a few terms said here in Australia that many travellers do not understand.
Have a listen and hopefully you can answer the QOTD:
1) Why wouldn't you come to Australia?
2)What fear do you have in Australia?
3) What is your perception of Australia?
4) Why do Canadians always say "eh"? -
International Menu: Daisuke from Japan
In this episode of International Menu, I have a Japanese friend Daisuke aka Mt. Fuji from Japan.
I met Daisuke at my cleaning job here in Melbourne and he a classic guy!
We chat about various things to do and see in Japan as well as Japanese culture and respect. Daisuke cooks a delicious dish called okonomiyaki.
Ingredients:
water
flour
3 eggs
1 onion
1 carrot
1 cabbage
bonito flakes
okonomiyaki sauce
mayo
This dish took about 30 minutes to cook. The hardest part is the flip, but Dai absolutely smashes it when he flips it! Amazing work!
Thanks Dai Tko for this amazing food and even better converstation.

International Menu: Ricard from Spain
In this episode of International Menu, I get to know and cook with Ricard from Spain.
We made a famous dish from Spain called Tortilla de Patatas.
The ingredients are very simple, as Ricard explains.
6 eggs
2 potatoes,
1 onions
little bit of olive oil
I chat with Ricard about his home town Barcelona and he explains the best places to go. He also chats about a past time of his; being a Mime in Belgium at a carnival making people and laugh.
Ricard is in Australia working as a barista in a cafe after quitting his job as a computer coder to travel the world. He has some great tips for any new aspiring travellers out there.
I also ask him a funny translation from English to Spanish.
