Also, have we placed too much responsibility on our black and brown players that makes them feel they have to out up with racist behaviors. As it stands, the NFL has 32 franchises and out of that only 3 teams have a coach who is a minority. 10% doesn't sound like much does it? Men tend to focus more on outward appearances, the potential of peace and supportive qualities. Women tend to look at financial stability prowess, security and emotional availability.
