In my previous video about keto, many had asked for a full day keto pla,
So i am posting my full day keto diet plan here on this video
* Start the day with plenty of water
* Meal 1 - 2 omega 3 eggs ( country chicken eggs) + 4 egg whites + veggies
* Meal 2 - 150g chicken + plenty of veggies
* Meal 3 - 50g whey protein + 20g amonds
* Meal 4 - 150g chicken + plenty of assorted veggies + 2g fish oil
* Snack - hand full of almonds
i wokrout 20 mins with weights and 40 mins cardio and in lockdown mode while following the above diet. Hence the food quantities are kept very low. -

First of all we will break this video into segments
Segment 1 - What is six pack
Rectus abdominis is a single muscle with multiple folds based on the nature of adaptations your ancestors had for their occupation.
Everyone has this muscle, just that it is covered by a layer of fat or more.
Segment 2 - fat loss
We have pattern fat in our body that makes fat gain first in the mid section, that means that will be the last place to lose fat.
So you need to be consistent on your fat loss plan longer to get rid of the abdominal fats
Segment 3 - workout and diet
It is sensible to restrict carbs to breakfast and around workout alone. Eat more protein and veggies in all your other meals to accelerate fat loss
Workout - along with a well balanced whole body workout routine and cardio - train your abs thrice a week
Hanging leg raise in my opinion is the best ab builder there is.
You need to follow the diet and workout pattern at least 90 % even after getting six pack. Cos what got you there is needed to keep you in that position.
Dot hog on food like your life depends on it and lose the hard earned six pack in few days of foolish eating. Make workout and mindful eating your lifestyle.

When it comes to ketogenic, there are lot of internet experts.
One of my clients thought he was doing a ketogenic diet and was having a keto shake. He believed that jaggery was allowed in keto. And he was furious that I was calling his favourite website wrong.
When it comes to internet - anyone with space to write or publish can spit what ever garbage he wants. You need to learn from proper sources to do thing right.
Simple ketogenic rules:
1. We need to prevent insulin spikes at all costs and maintain instant energy source close to zero - which means -
* no direct carbs
* no sugar
* Fibrous carbs are allowed
2. Keto does not mean eat all fired and junk if it does not have carbs
* Fish and organic meat are rich in omega 3 fats
* Nuts are also rich in omega fats
* Good fats contribute not only for fat loss but overall good health and hence spike up your metabolism.

4. Dot have to deliberately add in fats and too much fats means too much food - that is also not good. Just make sure you include organic eggs, meat and fish regularly. Top your salads with olive oils. And include some nuts in snacks. You are on the best possible ketogenic diet
