    Welcome to BoosterBabe podcast, this is not only for babes - this is for queens, kings and in-betweens. Everyone is invited, this is a compassionate space, to loosen up our judgements, build a little confidence, and most importantly — relax.

    The first episode is going to be an introduction on what will be coming up for the podcast, also we’ll have a short visual meditation. Then end with some positive affirmations. Hopefully you’ll receive an energy lift.

    The hope for this podcast, it is to be a friend. For when all of your wonderful friends and family are busy. I wanted to provide a space for you to have a friend and not feel like you’re searching for attention.

    This podcast is going to have a lot of compliments, because we all deserve good words, and the nice thing is that you can keep playing it back over again until you can feel it.

    I also would love to bring people on, to celebrate each other. A segment where people can send in audio and talk about how lovely someone in their life is.

    There’s going to be breathing exercises, to calm down any anxiety.

    Visual meditations where you close your eyes and imagine you’re in a different space.

    Of course, positive affirmations.

    Probably have some guests on for interviews.
