Lets talk about productivity and changes for a better lifestyle! 

Do take up the 7 days challenge and let me know how it goes(Im sure you'll love it). 

So guys it’s your time to give it a shot, at least for a week. You need not stick to the same habits as me, you can start with what you think can add to productivity but start off . If you already feel that you’re productive, add more habits to it. I’m putting out a few habits you can start off with!

Read a book

Plan your day

Stop postponing things

Wake up early and start your day early

Start getting fit

Start jotting down your thoughts

Start a new hobby that you’re interested in

I hope that these habits can help you start off the 7 day challenge that I’m sure you will continue throughout! Remember again small habits help and first few days are definitely tough but hold on!
