    I am that person all in or nothing, or at least I was. In this episode I will explain how all in does not work in fitness. We all need to live our lives and realise that if you want to be fit and healthy it's a lifestyle change not just a 90 day thing, where you absolutely kill yourself for 90 days and then when you're finished and reach your goal the thoughts of going back to that hell would kill you. I explain how I went through this cycle for years and how long it took me to realise there has to be balance. If you are trying to get fit and healthy realise you will be doing this for life and you don't have to kill yourself.
