Meditate with Z is a podcast that focuses on meditations and mindful movements to help people deepen their practice and get all the benefits out of mediation and movement. These are short meditations, so nobody has to feel like it is taking too much time to really meditate and experience the benefits. 5-10 minutes is all you need!
My name is Zack and I am a certified meditation teacher with a focus on vipassana and mindfulness. I hope you enjoy this podcast and let me know what you think!

Leaning into the Present Moment Meditation
Use the meditation to develop a mindfulness practice. Mindfulness meditation should be done every day, so that way you can start to bring it into any activity throughout your day. There is a large portion of this meditation that is silent. This is very similar to a vipassana practice. Let me know what came up for you!

Gratitude Meditation
This meditation is to help you start to cultivate gratitude in your every day life. You can use this anytime you need it. I recommend trying it to start or end your day or whenever you feel you have a lot of negative energy.

Kids Visualization Meditation
I recorded this one specifically for any kids who listen to my meditations (I know my nephew does). It is a visualization where you will visualize yourself underwater & all the animals that you see around you. Really anyone can do this if they need a quick reset, but I tried to make it as easy as possible for kids to follow.

Letting Go Visualization Meditation
This meditation focuses on letting go of anything that may be affecting you negatively. You will do this by visualizing a burning fire at any place that brings you joy. It will help you start to release and heal. Play this as often you feel you need it.

Walking Meditation Basic Steps
This is a walking meditation that is meant to give the basic setup and steps. Walking meditations should be practiced for about 15-20 minutes, so replay this recording if you still need the steps or play this recording once to get the setup and steps down and then practice on your own with relaxing music or silence.
No background music is added to this episode. -
Bedtime Breathing Meditation
This meditation is perfect if you're having trouble falling asleep or you wake up in the night and need something that will help you relax. You'll focus on where the breath enters & exits the nose and then move into counting your breaths. This is personally what I use when I'm having trouble sleeping, so I hope it helps whoever listens.
