Nick while paddling up the Jersey Coast line from 300 years ago, he recognizes an old burnt out pier that survived the nuclear holocaust. He remembers it a Jenkinson's Pier in Point Pleasant NJ. As he paddles through avoiding radioactive mutants, his mind flashes to his younger days. In his old life when he was a comedian with the crack addict ventriloquist team of Otto and George. George was the puppet and Otto was the dummy. He also remembers their comedy mobster driver, Zool, who ends up being fed to an alligator and gets his 15 minutes of fame on the cable show, Swamp People.

As Nick is paddling away from giant mutant creatures trying to eat him, he continues to recall his early life as a child in the schoolyard in Darconia New Jersey 300 years ago. Paul Canter, a child who innocently, unknowingly without sexual malice, goosed a girl. The sadistic nuns as a punishment make Paul's parents buy a girl's uniform and dress him like a girl for a week, giving him future transvestite tendencies.
