Come join me today in this beautiful practice of removing and releasing all that you feel is not serving you and replace it with all that is! During our time together today we will use our breath work, imagery and gentle movements to remind and encourage our bodies what the emptiness feels like, how it’s created and just how welcoming it can be to its replacement feeling of our rebirthing. No matter what emotions or tensions reside within you, anxiety, stress, worry, over excitement, hesitation or fogginess- this practice will encourage your body to gently release those and in turn replace them with the exact breath you call forth filled with possibility- blank space- vitality and so much more . And just how delicious that can feel! Once you practice this enough, you will be able to take this with you everywhere and anywhere to utilize it as you wish and when you wish. This exercise is really wonderful for children as well, so I encourage you to share it as you feel pulled to, or keep it all to yourself πŸ™‚.
