Carla Rueckert: Channeling Ra and the Law of One Books
Channeling involves an individual acting as a conduit for communication with entities or energies from other realms or dimensions. Channelers or mediums are often referred to as channelers or mediums. In order to establish a connection and receive information or messages from these entities, one must enter a state of altered consciousness.
It is through channeling that Carla Rueckert, the channeler, and the entity known as Ra were able to communicate in the Ra Material and Law of One series. A group of individuals acted as questioners during the channeling sessions, while Carla went into a deep trance to facilitate communication. Trance channeling is a practice where a person acts as a vessel for an unseen entity to communicate through them. During the channeling sessions, Carla was able to let go of her own conscious thoughts and allow the entity known as Ra to speak through her.
It was common for the group to ask questions about metaphysics, spirituality, cosmology, and human consciousness during the sessions. While Carla was in trance, Ra would speak through her, providing detailed and sometimes complex answers to the questions. Ra's answers were often profound and insightful, and it seemed like Carla had access to knowledge beyond her own understanding when she was in a trance state. This further validated the group's belief that there was something more to reality than what was visible to the physical senses.
The group recorded and transcribed the information received during these sessions, which were later compiled into the series of books known as the Ra Material or The Law of One series. Carla channeled the group's questions into the books, which were answered in response. With this material, Carla effectively synthesized the group's inquiries into an expansive and cohesive body of work, allowing readers to benefit from their collective wisdom.
In this context, channeling was intended to provide insight into the nature of reality, the spiritual path, and the evolution of consciousness from Ra, an extraterrestrial collective consciousness.

This is based on the belief that entities from other realms have access to wisdom that is not available to humans.
