The winner for June was none other than 1987's "Scared Stiff". Jef, Josh and Brian were excited to dive into what looked like a hidden horror gem from the 80's, however the crew found out pretty quickly why this one has remained hidden. In this special Patreon pick episode - long time friend and collaborator Sylar Bedoya asked the FM3 to talk about two of his favorite Tales From The Crypt episodes "The New Arrival" and "Television Terror". Jef, Josh and Brian knew his birthday was coming up and were more than happy to jump into the Crypt Keepers dungeon and dive head first into some of these funky comic style horror shorts as a small gift for their Boston bud. In this episode Jef, Josh and Brian head to the theater to see the much anticipated "In a Violent Nature" by FX artist and filmmaker Chris Nash.  There have been many chitterings and chatterings online since the first trailer dropped for this arthouse slasher flick. Sure some good, some bad but all curious about this unique looking horror flick. So grab your hiking boots and get to steppin' cause the FM3 are gonna walk and talk this one out and see what all the hubb-bubb is about. 

After stumbling upon a real life shark attack video, Jef, Josh and Brian decide it's time to go back in the water again and check out 1978's Jaws 2. In this episode the FM3 discuss scary moments in snorkeling, whether or not sharks can be milked, and how fun it would be to throw a saddle on Scarface the robo-shark and ride it around the oceans of Valhalla. In this episode Jef, Josh and Brian decide to go looking for some 'new flesh' and find it in the shape of a 1980's Betamax skin tape called "Videodrome".  That's right, The FM3 are finally diving into the greasy, grimey underbelly of David Cronenberg's classic wank starring James "Ashtray" Woods and the queen herself Debbie Harry! This is one of those movies that has so much of what Forever Midnight wants when they are knockin' on the door of sleazy 80's horror. The pulsating TV is bursting at the seams with organic guns, sleazy porn vibes, Lumps, bumps, cigarette chumps and just a pinch of social commentary to make this cult fave stand the test of time. So slap your altered reality helmet on cause the boys are visiting Uncle Cronenberg this week!! 

In this episode the crew celebrates another winner of the infamous "Dece or Fece" movie trailer contest at the Forever Midnight Film Series! This new film series is on the First Friday of each month at the Landmark Opera Plaza Cinema in San Francisco! This month's winner was chosen by  FM's very own Jef Overn and boy oh boy does it deliver! Let's run down the list of goodies! There is an eclipse, graveyard sex, a glory hole, boobies, murder, boobies, murder, birthday cake, murder and of course three psychopath 10 year olds. It is truly one of those movies that delivers most of the things that Jef, Josh and Brian collectively love in a horror film!
