We are all our own person and have our own experiences that make us uneasy and cause us stress, anxious thoughts, and overwhelming feelings. I have been self diagnosed with anxiety and I do believe it is a lot that goes on within our minds. And it takes time to work past it and honestly, to work with it. Everyone can suffer from some type of anxiety and you and your anxiety are not alone. Here are some ways i've worked with my anxieties.

We are young, all ages, no matter if you are 20 or 60. You do not need to settle in your life. You should not second guess yourself in your relationships., in your job, in your life. You should be able to own who you are and what you want within the relationships you are in and the places you are and the people you surround yourself with.

They are trial and error. They need consistency. They need to be reworked and revised. I started focusing solely on my body. But once I put my mind and body together in a hand holding form, I found myself growing in ways I never thought I would.
