Locomotion Audiostretto 59/4/24 English

    • Ruh Sağlığı

Assuming you see an earthworm, i.e. an animal without feet, you might wonder how it moves. It actually works by contracting along its length and therefore straightening up in the middle, pulling the rear part towards the front while the front part remains stationary and then the rear part remains stationary and the front part pushes itself forwards. This sequence of movements is repeated continuously. Both are therefore present simultaneously throughout the forward movement: Resting or waiting and movement. This sounds contradictory to us humans and our bodies. I think that sometimes this is the only way forward in processes and interpersonal relationships: Certain people at the front wait until those behind can catch up. And then those at the front can take the next step. So things also move forward while you're waiting - encouraging, don't you think?

I wish you an extraordinary day!
