Hello everyone, this is the Real Double Dose Channel team with a special announcement. We wanted to take a moment to address the pause between episodes being released on our channel. We know many of you have been wondering what's been going on and we want to provide some clarity.

First, we want to express our gratitude to all of our loyal listeners who have been with us since the beginning. Your support means everything to us and we are so grateful for each and every one of you.

The reason for the pause in our episodes is that we have been working tirelessly on a new branch of our channel called Flip the Switch. This new branch is dedicated to mental health, emotional health, and spiritual health. We believe that these aspects are all interconnected and are essential for living a fulfilling and balanced life.

We want to provide valuable content that will help you on your journey towards self-discovery and personal growth. Our mission is to help elevate each other and support one another on this beautiful journey called life.

What does the #Sound of Freedom mean to all of us? It's more than just the cliches of life. It is the voices that can be heard. It's the voices that are heard at the same time, behind the silence that cry out for the freedom from within. It might be the fact that it is of abuse, self-abuse, inflicted abuse. The acts of someone controlling you, or trying to traffic you, as though you are just an object of no importance. It could be self-infliction of pain, and not having the freedom from within, of the free will we are given from God, to understand that the sound of freedom is always calling to be sung out by our voices.

We must also be the voices of those who don't have a strong enough or loud enough one to be heard. Don't let love die. Don't let love be covered up and buried when it's meant to thrive and keep us alive. We are supposed to thrive in this life, not be buried by it, not be smothered by it or covered. And we are only to be our own replica of the next generations to come, but greater, not to be overshadowed by one another or doubt spheres and persecutors. We must arise and become the voice of freedom so we may sing our songs as loud as we can for ourselves and all those whom are dependent upon us to arise and not be afraid of who we truly are and become the strongest voice to the sound of freedom.

If you are a long-time listener, new coming in, or a little lukewarm, we welcome you to our new segment that is opening up every Wednesday for your tips, tricks, maneuvers, techniques, and strategies of elevation from all walks of life, especially when it comes down to connecting with the spiritual. In this RDDC, Letters from the Heart, we are going to be bringing not only tips and strategies and conversations of elevation, but the true essence and meaning of love, the profound divinity of so many chapters and layers that love is and encompasses all things, even the mere fact that we're here created from God above.

We encourage you for all levels of enlightenment to pursue any area you can holistically, internally, and first and foremost spiritually to get your mental clarity and your emotional clarity as well as your body aligned. We are all up on this journey of elevation and becoming more and better as we go on because the only ones we're in competition with are ourselves. But we also need to learn what true self-love is in order to love others and especially the gift of being alive from the Creator who gave us this life to have in the first place. Nothing in the universe is more crucial than the proper foundations every element requires. If you take flour, salt, and water, and put it to bake, you will be left with a flatbread of sorts, but if you take the flour, salt, and water and add yeast, you will have big fluffy bread. Similarly, if you go down to a chemical compound level, if you miss one ingredient, or do the recipe improperly, you could have a very dangerous compound in your hands.
