The exceptionally talented guitarist, songwriter, and producer, Cory Wong, sat down with us for a fun and enlightening episode of "Convos on the Corner". Many of you may know him from his sit-in with DMB at Madison Square Garden last fall, but there is so much more to learn about Cory and how he got to where he is today.

Known for his infectious energy, rhythmic grooves, and boundless creativity, he is not only a solo artist with a dozen studio albums (so far), touring member of the funk group Vulfpeck, full-time member of The Fearless Flyers, but also an accomplished collaborator with greats such as Jon Batiste and Dave Koz, a YouTube variety show host, a podcast host, and more. 

In this episode, we discuss his unique approach to music, his influences, and all the details surrounding that night with DMB at MSG including how big of a fan of the band he truly is, and we may have snuck in a little Goose talk too. Cory is truly one of a kind. We had such a blast chatting with him and cannot thank him enough for his time.

With 19 shows across 15 countries, we needed a little help from some friends to recap DMB's full European tour and bring you an episode unlike any we have ever done. They did it! The votes are in, and the Dave Matthews Band will be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame on October 19, 2024! In this "emergency episode", we celebrate this incredible accomplishment by recapping some of DMB's accomplishments, influences, and impact on and off the stage throughout their 33 year (and counting) career.

No one is more deserving, and we cannot be more proud of and happy for the entire DMB family (band/crew/fans). Congratulations!

DMB played their first 2 shows of 2024 this past weekend at Dolby Live in Las Vegas and then headlining the Extra Innings Festival in Tempe, Arizona. The band gave us much to talk about on the stage, but on this episode we are taking you backstage for a unique experience had by friend of the pod, Clint Wells. Clint (guitarist for Morgan Wade) joined us to recap both shows, and tell us all about his "kid in a candy store" moment on stage, backstage, and side stage at Innings Fest.
