Dr. Porter completed her Diagnostic Radiology Residency in the Department of Radiology and Radiological Science at Johns Hopkins Hospital in 2014 and the Body and Cardiovascular MRI Fellowship at Johns Hopkins in 2015. After training, she joined the faculty at Johns Hopkins in the Body Imaging Division. In 2016, she joined the Abdominal Imaging faculty at the University of Alabama Birmingham, where she serves as the MR Modality Chief. She is proud to serve as the President of the American Association for Women in Radiology and is a member of the American College of Radiology Commission for Women and Diversity.
