Passionate about restoring our environment, Hinewai discusses how Matauranga Maori, especially the principles of Kaitiakitanga and Manaakitanga, can be integrated into our values and behaviours to create a better quality of life for this generation and generations to come.

Dr Rodger Spiller is described by many as New Zealand's foremost expert on responsible investing and business. In this interview he describes how ethical investment, and leadership development go hand in hand to create a world where everyone can enjoy wealth and wellbeing on a sustainable planet.

David Gandar is well known for his interest in the environment and commitment to action on climate change. After a long career in IT including 20 years as a software business owner and founder, he is very involved in climate activism including work with the Climate Reality Project, started by Al Gore. David hopes that the New Normal will see a widespread shift in values towards a more intelligent and cooperative relationship with nature, and a more inclusive, collaborative way of doing business that is based on social wellbeing.

Mike Petersen, former Chair of Beef and Lamb, served over six years as NZ's Special Agricultural Trade Envoy. His vision of the New Normal sees NZ focussing on selling sutainably produced top end produce to the world, and getting much better at telling our story to an increasingly environmentally conscious customer.

Malcolm Nicholls proposes that adopting a  'village mentality' both globally and locally, is the way to go.
