This month we did something we don't do very often, we interviewed one person. Ryan was a great guest and we think this is going to impact many of you in such a positive way. Why Ryan? Well, Brian has known Ryan for more than 17 years and he just celebrated his 33rd birthday! We invited Ryan to be our guest because he is a good friend and has a powerful story that we know will be encouraging to many of you. For this episode we asked him to share some of his story and then talk about a subject that we have been hearing a lot about over the last few years: mental health.
