Independent Thinking (aka. The art of not giving a !!bleep‪)‬ YoR Show Podcast

Oooowee.  I have been looking forward to doing this episode.  Why? It’s a topic that I think will be life changing for so many of us.  This discussion is all about having your own set of values to guide your decisions.  That’s what I call independent thinking.  Many of us are influenced by the social norms around us.  We drive the cars that are popular, we wear the styles that are trending (that’s me), and we adopt the views of the populous as they are defined for us by the media and other power structures.  And how’s that working out for us?  I’d argue that there’s room for greater independent thinking.  But sometimes it’s hard to break away from the pack.
