Pilot Episode: Soberanya at Negosasyon Sa Dako Paroon

We ask one of our colleague and Dean of College of Law of Sultan Kudarat State University, Atty. Lennie Ann C. Cerdana, to briefly discuss about sovereignty. Atty.
