The Power of Forgiveness and Vulnerability
I've said this before and I'll say it again - Breathwork is my absolute FAVORITE modality for tapping into your subconscious mind and your intuition to get the clarity and answers you seek in life. It's also so great for releasing stored energy in your body that is not serving you and holding you back!
