如果 你已經與基督一同復活 然後：IF you have been raised with Christ THEN:
尋求耶穌（1b節)  Seek Jesus (v. 1b)
唯有衪（2-4節） And Him Alone (vv. 2-4)
克制你的肉體（5-7節 ) Mortify your Flesh (vv. 5-7)
脫去舊的生活（8-11節） Put Off the Old Life (vv. 8-11)

什麼是世界觀？ What is a worldview?
世俗的世界觀其核心是如何一回事. What a secular worldview is at its core.

神的話是永遠可靠（第1-7節） God’s Word is Always Trustworthy (vv. 1-7)
人的行為常常是自私的（第8-14節)  Man’s Actions are Often Selfish (vv. 8-14)
神的恩典總是令人驚訝（第15-21節 ) God’s Grace is Constantly Surprising (vv. 15-21)

 Realities that set in when we begin to doubt God in unbelief: 在不信當中我們開始懷疑上帝，以下十個事實就會出現： 
We make God Smaller and less powerful than He is (v. 1) • 我們使上帝變得更小、使祂的大能變得軟弱
We think more of ourselves than we should (v. 2) • 我們過於為自己著想
