Hey there!!

From the moment we wake up in the morning till we go to bed in the night, we come across multiple check points where we need to take instant decisions based on the available choices we have. Majority of times, we take choices hastily and carried away by our pseudo-emotional behaviors. We often bring in the present either caught up in the irreversible past or in the anxious future. When we pretend to be in the present moment, we trapped in the corridor of uncertainty. In that zone we chased thoughts, emotions and that lead to actions. And life feels like full of chaos. The point comes, what is the way forward and solution. In this episode we tried to bring some insights, clarity.

The moment we move through life from mindlessness to mindfulness we stay present, we become aware. Instead of playing in the corridor of uncertainty, we consciously connect with our our inner self and we slow down. That moment helps us identifying and understanding “internal text messages” which is instinct, gut, yellow alerts.

In these days, when data is moving faster than the light, it is obvious we would confuse. But to come out of confusion we should consciously connect with our own being to understand “why we do what we do” while staying in the present moment.
