S3Ep6: Journal/Book Series- Get Out of the Boat The Show Up & Show Out Podcast

    • Relationships

In today's episode we are talking about stepping out on faith. We read an excerpt from my journal (Jan 2021), where I'm at my wits end dealing with Jevonne's lies and shenanigans regarding his infidelity. I was struggling with being "still" and called upon my Father in Heaven to SHOW me what I needed to SEE in that moment.

We also read excerpts from the chapter, "Get Out of the Boat" from my wife's book, "The Light Through the Darkness." And I talk about my struggle with getting out of the boat to finally trust God fully, and have faith that He could (and would) love me, forgive me, and show me the grace I needed to lead me out of my own indiscretions and hell I had been living in and putting my wife through.

Having faith and "getting out of the boat" looked different for the both of us... but it was KEY to the transformation that ultimately came to us individually and as a couple for the restoration and renewal of our marriage.

We hope this message resonates with those of you that are struggling with faith and searching for the hope and strength to push forward in the fight to save your marriage.

If this episode resonates with you, we would greatly appreciate it if you would rate and leave a review. And if you know of someone that would benefit from this discussion please share it with them.
