Dr. Haddad is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Dentistry at USP, Coordinator of the Center for Telehealth and Teledentistry FOUSP-SAITE, Coordinator of the FOUSP-ABENO Human Resources in Health Station - Ministry of Health/PAHO, Coordinator -Assistant member of the Support Center for Research in Public Policy Escola da Metrópole of the Institute of Advanced Studies at USP, member of the Advisory Committee of the University Telemedicine Network (RUTE) since its inception, member of the Red de Lideres por la Primeira Infancia - Convergencia para la Acción, founded by former President of Chile and current UN Commissioner for Human Rights Dr. Michelle Bachelet.

During this conversation, Dr. Haddad highlights the importance of women's participation in every sphere, and her message is especially addressed to encourage women to pursue their dreams and support each other to achieve more equality goals everywhere.
