If you have been following along in previous episodes on Developing Leaders, you would already know that Mr. Wayne Rautio is the executive director of Child Evangelism Fellowship of Northern Virginia (CEF-NOVA) and has been serving in this ministry for almost 50 years.  This episode shares more about Wayne, a bit of his life and some experiences that shaped and prepared him to serve God in CEF.  Wayne also provides an introduction to Developing Leaders.
