My wish for you is that as you read my story, you begin to recognize your true power within. If you’re finding yourself struggling with your challenges, those imposed on you or chosen by you, I invite you to go deeper. There you will discover the new version of YOU who is open to limitless possibilities.

I want to inspire you to awaken to your god/goddess self — that innate powerful being that you are. Often we give this power of light and love away to others. When you take back your power, you can manifest what you want to design on all levels as a master creator. Do not let other people shut you down, shut you up, or write you out of creation. My hope for you is that you feel and be your god/goddess self — fully embodied and WHOLE.

This chapter in my bumpy road of life shares the beautiful reminder of valuable lessons in every adversity. Hand in hand, my sister and I vowed to fight for life with grit and grace, to live and love, bless and be blessed, till the end. I was never afraid to die and now I am not afraid to live. I’ve learned to make a joyful noise, no matter what, with love and light. Many have called me The Joy Boomer, a baby boomer helping others tap and amplify their joy, rekindle dreams, and even reinvent themselves regardless of age. I hope we can all dare to reach out and boldly live. It’s never too late.

It is my hope that you see you can rise above anything. Breathe through it. There is light on the other side and you will make it there. The silence within is where all the answers live. Your life is a gift… embrace it with love; it is the best gift you can give to yourself. Forgiveness has the power to heal and enlighten you. Please know the power of forgiveness is so vast and available, if you only give yourself permission to surrender and allow it. Forgiveness frees you to realize the power was within you all along. Life happens for you, not to you!

My longing is that you remember to find your breath when life takes you on its unpredictable and uncomfortable journeys, especially the ones that take you to your knees. And, when you find yourself gasping, remember that the next grace-filled breath will find you.

My intention for you is to know that the sadness you feel at losing a loved one can be replaced with the empowered knowing that your loved ones and your Spirit Guides are always with you. I believe that with focused intention and practice, you can be divinely guided along your path. Embrace life to the fullest and know that you are loved unconditionally and that you are truly never alone.
