A candid and delightful conversation with Ritu Malhotra about Ajna Centre for learning, Pune. I loved chatting with her. She has such a bountiful, joyous energy and has so much to share passionately about mental health, her counselling programs and also something that is unique to her which is understanding the manifestations in the human body due to anger, resentment and pent up emotions. It’s amazing what all Ritu is actively involved in. Ajna Center is just one of the many initiatives that she has carefully handled over 3 decades. Please listen to her. Just talking and sitting in her presence was like a breath of positivity for me. We do have some glitches on the way in our recording but her wisdom is so pure I want to share without any edits.
