Upon experiencing my first heartbreak at the age of 40, I realized I did not know how to navigate such pain. This podcast began (as you will hear in the very early episodes) with the premise of people helping me work through the pain and understand it. Almost 2 years later I am switching gears to help others navigate their experience. Heartbreak happens in so many forms, how can we all truly be ok while we get through it? Everyone needs someone in their corner and I hope to be that person for others. I hope this podcast explores all that pains us and how we can hopefully laugh our way through some of life's worst experiences.
