Workout motivation is Bull! Learn about the 5 Second rule by Mel Robbins. This was a really great book and has sound principles that everyone should follow. When it comes to working out you need this rule. Workout motivation is nothing compared to this rule. As Mel Robbins states workout motivation fades but the 5 second rule doesnt! I highly recommend checking out Mel Robbins book the 5 second rule and her Ted Talk on Youtube is great also!

You might be doing all the right things when it comes to losing belly fat but there are certain things you can do to speed up the process.
