目前最喜歡的podcast是它,強力推薦給大家。剛聽的一集講到,奧運銅牌得主平均的快樂程度大約是7分,銀牌得主平均卻不到5分,主因是銅牌得主不自覺地把排名更後面的選手當成參考點,銀牌得主卻不自覺把金牌得主當成參考點。所以不要被潛意識誤選的極端參考點給害了,而是要有意識地選擇讓自己更快樂的參考點,或是減少與人比較的心態。
