The NFL admits it was wrong after 4 years. 4 Fucking years after all Kap was blackballed for taking a stand against injustice. Peaceful protests turned to “violent” protest after police antagonize protesters. Protect your peace! When is the last time you have checked in with yourself during this difficult time? Mental health is important. Music to reflect the times and uplift your spirits.

When being black in Trump’s America continues to cause outrage and now protests. Another black man has loss his life to senseless violence at the hands of a white man. Continued racism results in looting as frustrations rise. Can I workout in peace? Black men face racial profiling as they attempt to maintain their health. Trump and his twitter fingers adds fuel to the fire during this tough time. WTF moment is just downright disgusting as a white couple serves up a dessert that you’ll never forget.
