As a CEO, it is very important for us not to stay stagnant because we have a team who depends on us. Now, what do you do to make sure you still have enough knowledge and words of wisdom to share with your team?
What things do you do to keep that passion burning? Me, I make sure to at least once a year, go to retreats, be surrounded by people who get me, who have that same yearning for the betterment of the people around them, and to have that deep conversation without judgement.
I get you, it’s an investment but as they say, the best investment you can make is in yourself (and your team!).
