Overthinking & Underperforming Gabriella

I think self sabotage and especially self harm can look drastically different from what we are tought to believe it looks like. sometimes I even think the less obvious forms of self sabotage are more dangerous.

Apparently cutting people off is childish.Ive gone back and forth on this topic but honestly it kind of makes sense. The way we attempt to “cut people off” usually consists of a lot of anger versus actullay letting go…we don’t realise that we never actually moved on, we just convinced ourselves that we don’t care.

maybe the ick is real or maybe it isn’t, but lets not act like that’s a valid reason to suddenly stop liking someone.

Life is weird right now, and it feels like everyone’s kinda entered a zombie state. Maybe it’s cause we’re growing up and suddenly seeing so much or maybe it’s just cause the world is actually getting worse.

What if putting this idea of “finding out who we are” on a pedestal is what’s actually stopping us from figuring it out…

I love the idea of love and being in love with love but let’s not do it to the point where we forget to be in love with an actual person.
