YouRLight; talks on mental health

Michaela Bartoskova is a Voice, Singing, Yoga Coach and researcher. She is the founder of To Move With Voice, Circle Singing London and The Voice Energy Project.

She has taught at the Met Film School at Ealing Studios and The Actors Centre in the West End. Whenever we sit down for a coffee or a catch up we end up having the most incredible and electrifying conversations. Yesterday she joined me in the studio for an hour and a half, which felt like 10 minutes. I am so excited to share this with you guys. Her energy is very calming and refreshing, and I hope you feel as inspired as I did by the end of this episode.

Enjoy!
