Thriving in the Space Between The Intentional Single

Why TIS? 
While there’s formation for highschoolers, college students, engaged couples, and married folks in our beautiful Church, where’s a gal who's single and dating supposed to go? This is one of the many reasons why TIS was born. To both see and accompany you lovely ladies in a place where you so often feel misunderstood, neglected, and overlooked. 


Looking at the whole person - emotionally, spiritually, physically, and mentally - we equip our gals in TIS Membership with the skills and tools to live an integrated life. All the articles, youtube videos, conferences, podcasts, and talks won't bring you healing if you stay in self-awareness. Without bringing that head knowledge into action (self-responsibility) with someone who can accompany you, you’ll stay stuck. 


TIS Membership is a six month program for single and dating catholic women 20’s-40’s to learn the skill sets, tools, and mindsets to thrive in their single and dating years. Want to learn more about this opportunity? We’re hosting a FREE Live Event on Tuesday, May 14, @7pm CT/8pm ET.

You'll learn what gets in the way of us even being authentic and how to develop authenticity in our relationships. Maria also introduces IFS and "parts work" in this dialogue as another tool to develop your real self.

Authenticity is powerful ladies. But oftentimes, instead of showing up as our real selves in relationships, we're hiding parts of ourselves. Which is stopping connection from growing and blossoming.

So here's a really good question to ponder this week...

"Which part of me am I most afraid people will see?"

In this week’s episode, we’ve invited Dr. Mario Sacasa, a licensed marriage therapist, to answer your submitted questions on all things dating. Prepare to take away so many gems as Dr. Mario answers how our culture of convenience has impacted the catholic dating scene to how to balance dating with the intention to marry/getting to know someone at an appropriate pace. We also dove into hot topics like physical attraction, expectations around porn & recovery, establishing boundaries with friends & family when they inflict unnecessary pressure, and how to deal with angst in the dating process. 
This honest conversation sheds light on the challenges both men and women fall into when it comes to the process of dating and offers different ways of thinking accompanied with solutions.
