Sabrina Lopez is such an incredible soul with such deep passions and interests! Today, she shares her experience and wisdom on Ayurveda and all it has to offer. For me, it was super cool for her to break down the different body types (the doshas). I love seeing how that relates to not just our individual selves , but also Creation around us, our life cycles, on and on.... How do we take care of ourselves (w longevity / resilience) longterm through holistic living (lifestyle choice ) ??
There were so many good insights on "bio-hacking" , or how to start to live with more vitality / longevity / clarity, on this episode!
It starts with tuning in to our OWN bodies. What is good for us specifically might not be ideal for someone else. Context is key always.
We get into his local meal subscription service at Orqa Health here in West Palm Beach. What an amazing, unique concept!! His experience and knowledge really shines through in his craft and delicious product!
