Why Breaking Your Elbow is Good For You
I broke my elbow. If I’m being specific, I broke my olecranon. Shattered it, actually. It turned out to be one of the best things I’ve ever done. Let me tell you why.

YOU MUST STOP HATING YOURSELF
One day, it became glaringly obvious to me that I couldn’t continue hating myself. I call this my pivoting point, because I did a complete 180 and went in the other direction. It is imperative that you reach this breaking point. This is an invaluable lesson.
