Myf and Zan are back and there is plenty to catch up on. Most importantly, the annual Westminster Dog Show, the pranciest event of the year. Sage has won, and rightly so. Speaking of winners, Grace Tame has proven once again she's unstoppable; winning a 60km ultramarathon and capturing the experience of the run so poetically.

ChatGPT have released new chatbots, one of which sounds frighteningly similar to Scarlett Johansson. So we're watching HER again, and finding out the full story. And a Kansas City Chiefs NRL player has given the commencement speech at his old Catholic College and oh boy, their YouTube account has never had so many clicks.

We have an update on the Ladies Lounge at MONA that you're gonna love, and some news on Pigeoneers. What are pigeoneers? Good question, we'll explain. And it's a big week of brilliant cinema as Myf watches our stories on screen and Zan heads to a French farmhouse for some epic gastronomy.

Comedian Joel Creasey was their special guest and he spilled the tea on what’s really going on behind the scenes when he and Myf host the annual song contest. Hint: they’ve shared a toothbrush.

The exhaustion and anger felt by women in the last couple of weeks can't go unmentioned, and we share our thoughts about this endless, frustrating conversation around women's right to live safely.

Cosmopolitan magazine is making a return as an actual glossy, our Nicole has just made history in America, and Myf is vindicated by the public's feelings on the perfect movie length.

Jerry Seinfeld has joined the ranks of blokes of a certain age with opinions on political correctness, so we're going to match him by giving our thoughts on Unfrosted. Yep, his Netflix film on Pop Tarts is also your homework for the Sydney Bang On Live show, fam.

Apparently there's a bunch of people who don't shower daily, or even weekly, and Zan is fascinated. And socks and sandals (also jandals) are making a big comeback! So are piss stained jeans. It's FARSHUN.
