The COVID-19 pandemic shook the world as we knew it, leaving many individuals to work from home, furloughed, or even unemployed. Unfortunately, it also took the lives of many as well. Through this tragedy inflicted pain on many lives this year, it also gave way for some to do some meaningful reflection, and learn things about themselves that they may not have been able to before in their busy day-to-day lives.
