Callie comes from a family that cooks, bakes and generally loves food, and so it seems fitting that she went to culinary school, after which she gathered experience working many events, and eventually started her own business when a newly engaged friend asked her to make her a wedding cake.
 
Today, Callie shares some tips for couples when it comes to wedding cakes and desserts, identifies the three most popular flavors and cake decorating trends, and reveals some ways to save money on cakes.
