Very useful information that already made great impact on my life

It’s so life changing when you see someone who had the same problem as you but overcame it. And now gives you advices that really works!!!
I’ve just finished episode with Lindsay Kenny and she talked about very important part in healing anxiety. Resistance. And honestly it’s very similar yet still profound realization that some part of yourself doesn’t want to have any changes. I am planning to look more deeply on resistance in future. But now want to tell few worlds about 30 Days Social Confidence Challenge. I am currently participating in it and already made significant change in my anxiety. It consists of everyday exercises and detailed information about the nature of social anxiety. For me it’s helpful! I feel change.
