The trail is coming to a rapid close as we get closer to closing arguments. The Defense started stating their case last Wednesday. We know that the "burden of reasonable doubt" is on the Defense's shoulders, but can they get past the Prosecution's cross?

Week 2 of the Derek Chauvin trial has come to a close. Many believe that the Prosecution took a victory lap this week, as they brought in multiple Police officials and medical examiners to testify to the use of Chauvin's force and how that force was the cause of Mr. Floyd's death. In this episode I discuss how the Defense's "burden of reasonable doubt" played out in court this week; and how the specific instructions given to the jury, may throw a wrench in the Prosecution's case.
