Mother Baker founded Vineyard Prayer Place in 1990. We met in the den of her home with her loving husband, Elder Arthur Baker. We called it "The Blue Room". She called us the Prayer Chatters. And, God met us there. She was a woman who believed in prayer. And, she taught us how to pray. Because, God hears and answers prayer.
