Building awareness and taking intentional actions systematically and routinely sufficient for lasting organic change, no matter the circumstances yet to be faced. If you do not take control of your actions in your recovery, you get caught up in the spiral of erupting untreated traumas, compulsive behaviors, and multiple addictions.
