    Thoughtfulness is the consideration for the needs of other people, today I want to talk to you about being considerate towards yourself. It is important to know that you are important and you need to pay attention to your needs, it is important that you add value to yourself, the quality of your input will tell on the quality of your output, when you put nothing inside you will get nothing on the outside. And the truth is that people value you based on the value you add to them. You can't remain the way you used to be, you have to grow, and it is your sole responsibility to add that value to you. To be relevant in today's world you have to bring something to the table. It is important to spend time to tend to your self, to learn a skill, to increase your knowledge base, to be a problem solver. It's time to be deliberate and intentional towards adding to yourself.
