Cox Cousin Chronicles Lynn Davis Sullivan
-
- Society & Culture
This is about and for the Cox cousins descended from Charles and Ruth Chesnut Cox who came from Iowa to Minnesota and now have relatives across the country.

Joan - Aunt Joanie - Casey writes about her mother Ruth
I'm not sure when Joan wrote this about her Mother. Likely it was in the 1970's since the original was typed on a typewriter. I tried to insert Ruth and Charles's names when it seemed needed to reset the hims and hers. You can add a voice message about it, by just clicking on the +message box. You don't need an Anchor account. I'll be able to screen and post your voice message so we can all listen. Texas Holly and I experimented and you can hear our adventure of Holly recording a voice message in Austin, while I chime in via Zoom from Ft. Worth. You just gotta love technology.
I realize some of you never really interacted with these characters, but do you recognize yourself or your Cox parent? What about Charles' temper and trips to cool down? Sound familiar? or the massive baking events to help others?
I've got another story about Charles and then some shorter stories that Joan also typed up.

Cox Cousin Chronicles
Here is a place for just us cousins. Likely we each have letters, papers, and other written materials from earlier Coxes. If you didn’t know, most of them loved to write and loved to talk. Let’s save their words with our voices. This is a place for you to record something written by an earlier Cox. We mostly don’t have their voices, but we can capture their words.
