A book about the auto biography on Stephen A. Schwarzman and his little nuggets of wisdom. One thing he shared is that entrepreneurship is not a linear line of growth. There is ups and downs and it is very tough. The thing that makes a business thrive is that the idea has to be big enough to devote the your life. It also have to unique and have the right timing. How do you have the right timing? By just doing it and the momentum will lift off your efforts.
Also, the book has the section called 25 Rules of Life and Business. The best rule out of the 25 is to always help people. Kindness always pays. -

Level 5 leadership, find who then what, confront the brutal facts, hedgehog concept, culture of discipline, technology accelerator, flywheel and momentum. These are the qualities that makes these good companies great.
