Bonus Episode: Thoughts on Turning 30
Today I turn 30. Crazy! Most of my twenties I spent dreading 30, trying to play catch up with my self made timeline, silently comparing myself to my peers accomplishments, and doing things to slow the effects of aging on my skin. I’ve had a lot of thoughts about turning 30, some good and some not so good. But before I dump it all right here I’ll leave you to listen to this Bonus Birthday Episode which is my gift to you. Also I did misspeak, we are between seasons 3 and 4! If you’re waiting for season 4 let me know and make sure to follow us on IG @hehealspodcast so you stay up to date on all the things!

Ep.30 Pushing Past Fear to Follow Your Dreams with Devon Nelwan
Have you been allowing fear to stop you from pursuing your dreams? Or even worse, what God is calling you to do?
In this season 3 finale episode, I sit down with my boyfriend and producer Devon Nelwan to talk about the journey of starting He Heals Podcast and his very own business, Fretted Films.
I pray this is an encouragement to you to push past fear and to be obedient to God's calling on your life.

Ep.29 There Is Power In Your Story
There is no need to be ashamed of your story... in fact, I believe something powerful happens when we share what we are currently walking through, and also what we have already overcome.
In this encouraging episode of He Heals Podcast I talk to you about how to release the shame of your past, why you should share your story, and a call to encourage others with your voice.

Ep.27 Foster Care & Sibling Drama with Marissa Oriero and Reanna Ramirez
Growing up with four sisters was, well...dramatic.
In today's episode of He Heals Podcast I brought on two of my sisters to talk about what it was like growing up together.
We get into the problems each of us had as the youngest, middle, and oldest siblings, life in foster care, and mending a relationship with a crappy older sister (yep, that'd be me).
I'm so proud of my sisters, and if you were touched by their stories let us know by leaving a rating and review!

Ep.26 Growing and Enjoying Your Relationship With God
In case no one’s ever told you, “quiet time” is not the *only* way to spend time with God.
In my experience, the need for “quiet time” is pushed in the Christian world. The problem is, “quiet time” doesn’t work for everyone because we are unique creations who each have a unique way of loving, worshiping and connecting with God.
In today’s episode I share with you 9 different ways you can connect with God, because you *can* and *should* enjoy your time with your Creator.
